Content: I've purchased four of your wireless keyboard/mouse combos over the past three years. I absolutely love them and have switched out all over our wired keyboards/mouse with these. The Model number is KM01. I'm having mouse issues with the last one that I bought. Even with new batteries, when I turn it off and back on, the red light comes on, goes off but the mouse doesn't work. Is this something that I can trouble shoot or fix on my end, or do i need to send it in for repair? I'm happy to provide Amazon invoices as proof of purchase.

Content: Hi, I have purchased the wireless rechargeable wireless mouse about 1 year ago, and the mouse is now malfunctioning. Even after fully-charged, the cursor is breaking and doesn't browse continuously. Looking the the laser light at the bottom of the mouse, the beam is flashing. Is it possible to get a replacement one?

Content: Hello, I purchased an ergonomic mouse in 2020 that broke and was sent a replacement. The replacement has also broken in the same way; the scroll wheel has detached. When I purchased initially it was under a lifetime warranty so I'd like to replace it if possible. I'm trying to find the emails from when I got the replacement but so far no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
