Content: Hello! I purchased the Lekvey vertical mouse last July 9, 2021 on Amazon and have enjoyed using the mouse a lot. But for the past few weeks I've been having issues with the scrolling, where when I scroll down a page, it scrolls the opposite way, and then goes the correct way. It's been difficult especially working with long documents. Could you please assist me with this? Thank you.

Content: Hi, I've bought about 4-5 of your right-handed "6D ERGONOMIC MOUSE" and love them. The one I have now is less than a year old. Every time it's idle for more than a few minutes, it barely works (moves the cursor slowly and choppy) when I resume use. Can you please replace it for me? Thanks!
