Content: My ergonomic lekvey mouse is not working. I've troubleshooted the following with no luck:-battery is fully charged-held down both buttons & scroll button to reset-moved usb to different port on computerThe mouse still won't work.

Content: I have the ergonomic mouse. Recently the mouse wheel jumps around while trying to scroll. I have tried on 2 different computers and it does the same thing. I can not find an update to the software. I have blown the mouse out incase there was dirt. Still does it. Is there anything else I can do to resolve this

Content: I purchased the Lekvey 9013 multi device keyboard. Some of the keys are not recognized on windows 10, specifically, the ctrl, win/options, alt/cmd, calculator, and FN keys. without the FN dy, not of the etra options on the function keys are recognized. I am unable to locate a driver that can fix this
