Content: Hello, my wireless mouse just recently stopped working properly. It wants to go to sleep, when I pick it up for a few seconds it wakes up and works for a little bit. Can you offer me any help? I did a search and saw you have new chips and are replacing the mouse itself?? Thank you!

Subject: Vertical Mouse buttons stopped working
Content: My buttons stopped working in the middle of use. I turned it off and on, checked the mouse settings, rebooted and nothing worked to restore the buttons to usable. The most still controls the cursor, but no buttons work.

Content: Jun 29, 2021Hi. Please ignore my previous message. I searched for a solution and removed and re-inserted the usb dongle and then the mouse worked. We had a split-second power outage; my pc rebooted and the mouse didn't work (even though it's wireless). That was mysterious but removing and replacing the usb worked. Thanks. I have followed instructions since I got the mouse in April. Do not overcharge. I did not over charge this mouse. And suddenly, it no longer stays alive longer than an hour on a good day.
