Subject: numbers on keypad stopped working
Content: I bought the Bluetooth Number Pad, Lekvey Portable Wireless Bluetooth 28-Key Numeric Keypad Keyboard Extensions for Financial Accounting Data Entry for Smartphones, Tablets, Surface Pro, Windows, Laptop and Morein Jan 2019. I use it daily for work. This morning the number keys were no longer working but the rest of the buttons still seem to work fine. I changed the batteries, unpaired the keypad and connected it again. Is there anything else I can try to make the number buttons work again or is it time for the trash can?ThxHeather

Content: Hello, I bought the wireless keyboard and mouse combo on June 29, 2020 on Amazon and left a 5-star review. I really enjoyed using the product. However, the nano USB receiver broke recently probably due to some mechanical reasons since I often carry it in my bag.
