I bought the product on Amazon, where it lists "Plastics" in the product description, but that is not specific enough for my physician. I have already thrown out the original packaging, so if they were listed there, I also do not have access to that. I appreciate your help.

Content: I ordered my mouse from Amazon and received it on 10Apr20. This was a replacement for a mouse originally ordered on 1Mar20 which did not work when I received it. The current mouse was working fine until today when the scroll wheel quit working. All the other buttons seem to be working fine. I use the scroll wheel quite a lot and need it to work efficiently. This item has an 18 month warranty and I would like a replacement as soon as possible.Can you assist me with this? Thank you for your help.
