Content: I had bought an Ergonomic Lekvey Mouse, and it has stopped working when switched on. I have only used this mouse for work purposes, and it never leaves the same area it's in. I keep it plugged in at all times, which I assumed could be causing the issue. I bought this mouse rather recently, and if possible, I'd like to get a replacement.Thank you!

The mouse will no longer turn on, even after charging for 8 hours. I've tried resetting by inserting the USB into a different port on my computer and pressing/holding the right button & middle wheel for 3 seconds, but it's still not functioning. Can you please help??
