Subject: 6 key is stuck part way down
Content: the 6 key on the keypad of the model KM01 I recently purchased is stuck part way down it still functions but the tactile response is wrong and I often find I don't think the key actuated when it did. Item was purchased on Amazon and is still eligible for returns if that is the easiest remedy.

Content: Hi there. I recently purchased your wireless keyboard & mouse on Amazon. I love the look - however I noticed that when I’m typing, not all the keys acknowledge my typing so I need to go back & fix missed letters constantly. I don’t want a refund but am unsure what to do. I already have it set up at work & don’t have a back up if I need to return it. I love the style. Is this a common issue? What can I do? Hope to hear from you soon! Content: I have your ergonomic wireless mouse and over time it's slowly become more and more laggy and nonfunctional. Now it only works if it's plugged in 100% of the time. I've only had it for a few months. Is there something I can do to fix it?

Content: The device continually disconnects from my computer. It takes hours some times for the device to show back up when I "add device". I have changed out the batteries and the issue persists. The first month or two the device worked great, but the last few weeks it has been annoying. Any suggestions?
