Content: Hello, I love this mouse but I purchased this less than a year ago and in September I started noticing that the responsiveness was on the fritz a little. Over the last few weeks the mouse has become unusable because it jumps around so much. It seems like a problem with the sensor cutting out. I’ve tried cleaning it, replacing batteries, different mouse pads, but nothing has worked. Is there any way to fix this?Thank you.

Content: Since last week my mouse has been randomly not responding. It stops responding for about 5 seconds and then randomly kicks on again. This happens several times an hour. It is very frustrating because I will be in the middle of working and randomly I become unable to use my mouse. I tried replacing the batteries and nothing changed. I tried moving the USB port and nothing changed. The model number from Amazon is MK01 if that helps.
