Content: i purchased this in february 2020 to work from home and it is no longer working. i charge it and use it daily. I would like a replacement to be shipped asap as I need it every day. if not i will order another from a different source or a better quality. i don't have time to troubleshoot and there is not a way to replace a battery from what i can see.

Content: I bought a mouse in May 2019 and it's wheel does not scroll properly. I am just over the 18 month warranty that you have. Do I have any options of replacing this mouse or do I just need to purchase another one?
