Content: Hello - I bought one of your vertical mice and I really liked it. However, I'm starting to have issues w/ the ball and scrolling. When I scroll, the page will bounce back and forth and wont just scroll like normal. It worked for awhile but now every time I try to scroll, this bouncing happens. Are there any ways for me to fix this issue?

Content: Greetings! I purchased the upright ergonomic mouse approximately three years ago and have been thoroughly pleased with the purchase. However, over the past several weeks I’ve noticed that the scroll feature is now very jumpy and unpredictable. I’m wondering if this is a mechanical issue with the actual mouse, or possibly a software/driver issue. This malfunction is having a significant impact on my current workflow, so I hope to have it addressed as quickly as possible. At first I thought it was just the battery but after plugging it in and charging it, it still didn't work. I tried moving the dongle to a different port on the computer and that did not fix it.
