Content: Purchased a wireless keyboard/mouse combo via Amazon. Within 15 minutes the mouse stops working, my first thought batteries were not good, went to install new batteries I found it hot to the touch and it took 15 minutes for them to cool down enough to take out and replace, only to find that the mouse stopped working within 15min and batteries were as hot as the first time and when I checked the keyboard found it was hot as well although only 70% compared to the mouse.I already recycled the box but do have my Amazon receipt.Please let me know what next steps I need to do to a) replace;b) get a refund.Thank you

Content: I recently bough a Lekvey vertical mouse from Amazon (2.4G rechargeable) and it has been working fine and then today it stopped working. I charged it up until the light was green, turned it off, and then when I turn it on, the bottom blinks red a little and then stops completely. No buttons work and it does not move the cursor.

Content: The ergonomic wireless mouse we purchased just over a month about has stopped working. I can still click and scroll but the optical sensor doesn't seem to work and I can't move the cursor. I have tried removing and reinstalling the mouse, restarting the computer, everything I can think of. We also tried it on another computer and it had the same issue.
