Content: My Lekvey mouse has stopped working suddenly. It has been charged, the light is green when plugged in, and red light blinks when i turn it on, but there is no movement of the mouse on screen. i have tried the usb chip in other usb plugs on my device and get no response. I bought this product mar 2022

Content: Hello,I bought your mouse from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BFCVJZC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1#customerReviews on May 2022 and it seems to have stopped working. I thought it had ran out of battery so I've charged it until the red light turned green. When I turn it on, the red light from beneath the mouse turns on for a second and turns grey and the mouse just won't work. I've tried holding the three buttons for 3 seconds and it still isn't working. Please let me know if it's possible to fix.Thank you.
