Content: Hello,I have just bought a Lekvey left handed vertical mouse, and it is not working. I have put a set of AAA batteries in it, and it does not seem to charge. No light, no power. Content: Hello,I purchased product CA-KM0001 from Amazon earlier this year.Ordered on April 25, 2020 Order# 113-2899267-2066657I was using the mouse this morning and the scroll wheel stopped working - the wheel seems lose and is unresponsive. It feels like something must have become disconnected inside. The wheel freely spins. I normally feel light cogging as it rolls.Can you replace this mouse?Thank you,Nate Lower

Content: Hi, I recently bought your vertical mouse from Amazon because my wrist was hurting and I wanted to try out a ergonomic mouse.Now my shoulder hurts from using your vertical mouse but my wrist doesn't. I'm not criticizing your mouse maybe I am the one doing it wrong.But do u have any recommendation on how to use your mouse so that my shoulder doesn't hurt from using it?Thanks in advance,Pablo Ocampo
