Content: Hello,I ordered and received a Lekvey ergonomic mouse on Amazon.The mouse is working really bad. The pointer is slow to respond and I need to click many times before the action is done. The charge is complete (green light), I cleaned the bottom and the laser and I am working close to the receiver.Could you please help me before I return the mouse back to Amazon?Thank you.

Content: I purchased the Vertical Mouse, 7Lucky Small Rechargeable Ergonomic Wireless Mouse 2.4GHz High Precision Optical Mice through amazon a year or so back. My cable to charge it went bad and you guys nicely sent me a new charging cable. But now my mouse sounds like everything inside of it is moving. I use it daily for work. Is this normal, does it mean its going to give out soon? Thank you.

Content: I purchased your the Bluetooth Number Pad, Lekvey Aluminum Rechargeable Wireless Numeric Keypad Slim 34-Keys External Numpad Keyboard from Amazon on August 4, 2020. There always seems to be a connection issue (bluetooth), but I always got it to work. However, now the middle buttons (2,5,8..) aren't working. I don't know how to fix that. Please advise.

Otherwise, the mouse will not turn on. Content: I have the LED Ergonomic Rechargeable mouse and it randomly stopped working. I charged it fully so the charging light is green but the red light on the bottom of the mouse is dark - when I turn it off then on, the light flashes a few times and then goes dark. Is there a way to fix this problem?
