Content: Hi, I purchased the LevKey ergonomic mouse via Amazon near the end of May. I’ve been enjoying this mouse except for one thing. I can’t use it without it being wired. The battery light is red all the time and not green that would indicate a full charge. If I take the wire off, there is no power and no connection to the Bluetooth.Any suggestions of what I might be doing wrong or what I can do to fix it?Thanks,Lawrence Mirkin

Content: Good afternoon, The side of my scroll button connected to the scroll wheel controlling up and down motion had a Cheap plastic member that broke. I can click with Scroll button, but not scroll lol. Is there a way I can replace this by sending it back or by obtaining the proper kit needed to fix it?
